When should we book our event DJ?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure your date.
For peak wedding and holiday seasons, booking 8 to 12 months ahead is
highly recommended as popular dates fill up quickly.

Can we request specific songs for our event?
Absolutely! You have full control over your music. We will help you curate a
"must-play" list for those tracks you definitely want to hear, as well as a "do-
not-play" list to ensure we only spin the music you and your guests love.

Do you meet with clients to go over event planning?
Yes! We will sit down with you prior to your wedding, Quinceañera, or special
event to review every detail of your timeline. This planning session allows us
to custom-tailor the entire celebration to match your exact vision and
expectations.

What are your payment terms?
To secure your date, a $300 retainer is required at the time of booking. The
remaining balance is due prior to the start of your event. Payments can be
made easily and securely right through our website using a debit card, credit
card, or Stripe.

Is tipping the DJ expected?
Gratuity is not included in our standard contract pricing. While a tip of 10%
to 20% is customary and highly appreciated for outstanding service, it is
entirely at your discretion.

Will the DJ play overtime if the party keeps going?
Yes! We are happy to keep the energy going if the venue permits. Overtime
rates and terms will be discussed and clearly outlined in your contract prior
to the event so there are no surprises on the night of.

Responsiveness
You should expect a response to a phone call
or email within 24 hours. The only exception
may be on weekends when most DJs are at
events. You should also have a direct line of
communication with your DJ, their phone
number, email, etc.
Customization
Your DJ should tailor the music for your
event to your tastes. Your DJ should also
have the musical knowledge, song selection,
and willingness to play any genre of music
you want for your event.
Professionalism
Your DJ should be polite and courteous to
you, your guests and other vendors. They
should also be able to work seamlessly with
with all other vendors (Planner, caterers,
photography, etc.) Your DJ should be
professionally dressed and dressed
appropriately for the event. The equipment
area should be clean and well-maintained.
Your DJ should arrive early enough to have
all equipment set up outside the presence
of guests.
Flexibility
